Where you request legal assistance, we may introduce your enquiry to one or more independent specialist law firms experienced in abuse and redress claims.
The law firm alone decides whether to accept your matter.
You remain entirely free to:
- decline any introduction;
- choose another solicitor;
- obtain independent legal advice elsewhere.
11. Commercial Arrangements
Beefirst Media Limited operates an enquiry and client introduction service.
Where permitted by law, we may receive payment from independent law firms in relation to marketing, advertising, administration or the introduction of enquiries.
Any such payment:
- does not increase any legal fees payable by you;
- does not affect your freedom to choose a solicitor;
- does not influence the legal advice provided by any law firm.
12. No Guarantee
Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee:
- eligibility for the Church of England Redress Scheme;
- acceptance by any law firm;
- compensation;
- financial redress;
- a successful legal claim;
- any particular outcome.
Each enquiry is assessed individually.
